Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Manager
AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic leader to join our team as the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Manager in Warren, OH.

The responsibilities for this position include:
- Collaborate with HR managers and other leaders to determine HRIS needs
- Analyze HRIS performance metrics and resolve application issues
- Create user accounts, managing access, and updating employee information
- Perform system upgrades, as well as provide training and technical support
- Develop and implement new processes and systems for efficient HR management
- Optimize HRIS processes, integrate new software, and perform diagnostic tests
- Maintain databases, analyze data, ensure data integrity, and run queries
- Record and securely store HR metrics
- Audit HR processes and documents
- Track and implement technological advancements in the field of HRIS
- Create reports and assist HR management with the creation of reports
