Office Generalist, Full-time Day-shift
AVI Foodsystems at Aultman Hospital is seeking an applicant for full-time Office Generalist Position (8am-430pm weekdays; weekends and holidays, as needed). Great starting rate of $16.00/hr with immediate opportunities for additional wage incentives.
Job Duties
- Initial contact for candidate recruiting for the nutrition department at 3 local hospitals and overseeing account staffing, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and developing employees. Monitor account staffing and par levels to ensure all needs in all departments are maintained
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Maintain positive customer and employee relations in accounts as assigned by location Director
- Prepare other miscellaneous reports or subject research as requested
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Train and learn all department positions and workflow process
- Performing any other duties as specified by management.
- Assist in Catering Department. Set up and tear down events.
Work Environment
- May require transportation to other accounts, making it necessary to tolerate weather conditions, such as rain, snow, and extreme temperatures.
- May work in climates with constantly changing temperatures from hot to cold; lighting from light to dark and areas containing pour air quality due to grease, smoke or large volumes of people and loud noises, etc.
- Team members are required to adhere to grooming and appearance standards as delineated by both client and company policies.
