Receptionist, Part-time in Warren, OH at AVI Foodsystems, Inc Employee Network

We are looking for a pleasant and friendly person to immediately fill the role of Part-time Receptionist to join our team! As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for all receptionist duties at the front desk of our Headquarters Service Center (HQSC).  This position is scheduled two (2) days per week, every Monday and Friday, from 6:40 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Additional days scheduled as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for everyone entering the building by greeting, communicating and welcoming all guests and team members
• Answers and directs all incoming calls to the correct department and/or team member
• Assist, as needed, in reserving Conference Rooms at HQSC on Microsoft Outlook calendar
• Handles all HQSC fleet car reservations
• Maintains visitor list
• Ensure that the customer needs are met
• Serve as a role model and advocate for the company
• Various duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to be flexible, prioritize, and multitask
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word to include Word, Excel and Outlook
• Pleasant and strong voice
• A professional, courteous and positive image
• Must be detail-oriented, efficient, and possess strong organizational skills
• Strong communication, time management and listening skills
• Must be a team player and maintain good relationships with fellow AVI team members
• Ability to make decisions and problem solve during high demand situations.
• Work independently or without supervision and within a team
