Job Description

AVI Foodsystems at Aultman Orrville Hospital is seeking candidates for the Cafeteria/Retail Food Service Worker position. Starting rate of $15.30/hr with continual opportunities to make more money.

Responsibilities:

• Running the café including cooking, stocking, running register and cleaning
• The right candidate will possess excellent customer service, integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, and values with the organization.
• Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team.
• Anticipates customer needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
• Provides quality food and beverage products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and product as needed
• Follows AVI operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, food handling, and safety.
