Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinates catering activities with client representative
- Schedule catering associates and distributes workloads
- Prepare pre-event and clean-up checklists
- Ordering, receiving and inventory of supplies
- Communicates with General Manager, Chef and other associates to ensure high quality products and service
- Monitors care and operation of delivery vehicles
- Follow-up on catered events
- Monitors associate job performance
- Financial management of catering activities through effective food, labor and supply controls
- Works with General Manager regarding menu concepts and special events
- Other duties as required and assigned
